If cancelled or modified before 1 day of arrival no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, or case of no-show, first night’s fee is charged.

Please note that Park Hyatt Jeddah Marina Club and Spa requires all guests to provide a valid local ID, valid local driver’s license or valid passport (no copy) upon check-in.
VAT is likely to be introduced across the KSA on 1 January 2018. The rate is likely to be 5%. Should there be a change in the date of VAT implementation or in VAT rate, it will be adjusted on guest bill upon departure.
